Discovery Program
June 6 - June 16, 2012
Arrive June 6 (mid-day)
Least session ends June 16, 5:00 p.m. (mat depart June 16 or 17)
Directed by Dr. Manuel Alvarez, the Discovery
program is designed for conductors with limited conducting experience
who wish to improve their conducting skills. Each week, participants work
with a string quartet in afternoon conducting sessions. Participants are
also required to attend morning Conductors Institute sessions and the
late afternoon lecture series. This program is limited to ten participants.
A limited number of auditors will also be accepted.

- Conductor $950.00 (Add $395 for a single occupancy room for the
entire session)
- Auditors $600.00 (Add $395 for a single occupancy room for the entire
session)
*Please note that the above fees do not include meals. If you select campus housing (single occupancy, air-conditioned, suite-style room in a campus residence hall located just a short walk from all Conductors Institute sessions), no refunds will be permitted after
April 30, 2012, due to contractual agreements.
